Yes! Kandi Companion can create and manage specs independently. Specs are saved as GitHub issues with 'kandi-spec' labels and can be managed from GitHub, KandiForge on macOS, or Kandi Companion on iOS. However, the full development and code generation features are available in the macOS app.
